Nick Doyle has spent his career building lean, profitable teams. He is currently an acquisition partner and Area President for Arthur J. Gallagher (NYSE: AJG), a Fortune 300 company and one of the largest insurance brokers worldwide. Prior to that, Nick was the owner and CEO of Direct To Policy Holder, an e-commerce technology and marketing firm that managed growth campaigns for more than 20 discrete brands.

He began his career at IBM Global Services in Hong Kong, where he consulted on web analytics and e-commerce for global brands like Ralph Lauren and Cathay Pacific. Doyle has studied AI and machine learning at Google, Maven, and in Singularity University’s executive program.

Nick is the author of the forthcoming Outmarket the Competition, which outlines innovative and advanced strategies that combine the latest developments in AI-enablement, lifetime value frameworks and multi-channel integration to drive results via brand and performance marketing.

Gallagher, a Fortune 300 company and one of the largest insurance brokers worldwide, acquired The Doyle Group (dba Direct To PolicyHolder) in 2019 based on its performance in consistently delivering profitable top line premium growth. Nick Doyle leads the continued growth of The Doyle Group's business lines as well as expansion efforts into new business classes.

The Doyle Group (TDG) was an eCommerce Technology and Marketing firm focused on the alternative medicine space. The company consisted of two major business lines: Financial Services and Media, both focused on providing the highest quality content and customer experience to our various customer bases. As CEO, Nick Doyle strategically planned for accelerated business and margin growth and led the company to its successful acquisition by Arthur J. Gallagher.

As a Hong Kong based IBM Consulting Associate, Nick Doyle participated in a world-class program designed to develop top consultants into tomorrow’s leaders. He was selected as one of 25 candidates to join the IBM Global Business Services Hong Kong’s Consulting by Degrees class, where he performed a wide range of consulting, including website optimization, attribution modeling, marketing, web analytics and eCommerce implementation.
